No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Saint Vincent and Grenadines.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Fully vaccinated travelers must have a COVID-19 vaccine certificate in English in order to be exempt from the requirement to quarantine on arrival in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Travelers must have received all the doses required of an approved vaccine at least 2 weeks before travel.
Vaccines approved to enter St. Vincent and the Grenadines are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covishield, Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Gamalaya (Sputnik V, Sputnik Light, Gam-Covid-Vac), Abdala, Soberana, Sinovac, Sinopharm.
The vaccine certificate must be in English, which will be validated at the point of entry by one of the following:
- Proof of issuance from a national Public Health Organization,
- Proof of documented vaccination issued by a hospital or medical center.

All travelers will have their health form completed by a Port Health Officer on arrival.
On Arrival
Testing on arrival may be required
Travelers may be tested for COVID-19 on arrival in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as long as they have no evidence of being exposed to COVID-19 onboard and are not in a high-risk occupation. The final decision will be made by a Port Health Officer on arrival.
High-risk occupations are:
- Health care workers;
- Prison/detention facility workers.
Travelers under the age of 18 years are considered as minors and are eligible to follow the protocol applied to their parent or guardian. If travelers under the age of 18 are traveling alone, they will be subject to quarantine with a guardian in a private residence for the period as determined by their country of origin and their vaccination status.
