Border Status
Travel is allowed with restrictions for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are allowed to enter Singapore. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed
Travelers are allowed to transit through Singapore’s Changi Airport.
Singapore does not require proof of negative COVID-19 test results, travel visas, or entry approvals for transit travelers with flights booked on the same itinerary in order to ensure their checked-in luggage can be tagged through from the origin airport to their final destination. Travelers with flights operated by different airlines on the same journey are accepted if the flights are made under the same booking. Travelers connecting through Changi Airport should consult with their airline for further details.
Travelers who intend on passing through arrival immigration to enter Singapore or travelers who booked separate flights under different itineraries which require them to enter Singapore to collect baggage and check in again for their connecting flight are not considered transit travelers. These travelers are responsible for ensuring they fulfill all requirements to enter Singapore.
Please check the source for more details.
Visas
Before You Leave

The exemption does not apply to:
- Non-Malaysian Work Permit Holders (WPHs) holding an In-Principle Approval (IPA) in the Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process (CMP) sectors.
Mandatory health declaration form
All travelers are required to submit a health declaration before arrival in Singapore.
Travelers can submit their electronic health declaration 3 days before arrival. Travelers are required to complete every item in this health declaration card and submit it to the Officer-in-Charge on disembarkation.
This requirement does not apply to:

Travelers are required to download the TraceTogether app or rent a TraceTogether token during their stay in Singapore. Please check the source for more details.
This requirement does not apply to:

Mandatory proof of vaccination for Singapore
Fully vaccinated travelers must have received a full course of vaccination with an accepted vaccine. The accepted 2-dose vaccines are Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Serum Institute of India (Covishield), Sinopharm, Sinovac, and Covaxin, or Novavax, Covovax, Nuvaxovid, and the accepted 1 dose vaccine is Janssen. Travelers that have received a combination of 2 accepted vaccines are considered fully vaccinated. Travelers must have received their last dose at least 14 days before departure.
Travelers who were not vaccinated before their first COVID-19 infection are required to have at least 1 dose of any WHO EUL-approved vaccines taken at least 28 days after the first positive COVID-19 test result.
Travelers with digitally-verifiable vaccination certificates, including a QR code from certain countries, are recommended to use the Vaccination Check Portal to verify their certificates before arrival. Digital verification is not mandatory but may assist travelers in demonstrating their proof of vaccination for faster pre-boarding checks and immigration clearance.
Non-digitally verifiable vaccination certificates are also accepted and must include the traveler’s name as it appears in their passport, at least one other personal identifier (such as date of birth or passport number), the country or region the vaccination was taken in, the type(s) of vaccine taken and date(s) taken, and must be presented in English or translated to English by a translation service provider, notary public, or embassy of the country that issued the document.
