Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is not required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers don’t need a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Philippines.
Mandatory proof of COVID-19 vaccination for Philippines
Vaccinated travelers must have received all COVID-19 vaccine doses required more than 14 days before travel. Accepted vaccine certificates include:
- World Health Organization International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
- VaxCertPH;
- Manual or digital vaccination certificate of the origin country or foreign government;
- Other proof of vaccination accepted by the IATF.
Mandatory immigration and health eTravel form
All travelers must complete the immigration and health arrival card (eTravel form) before their departure to Philippines. Once completed, this will generate a QR code that travelers must present at check-in and on arrival in Philippines. Travelers can submit their registration a maximum of 3 days before arrival in Philippines.
For Transit
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is not required for transit to third countries
Travelers with flight connections in the Philippines within the same day to third countries don’t need a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result.
On Arrival
Quarantine is not required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers don’t need to quarantine on arrival in Philippines.

Masks are mandatory in certain settings
Travelers must wear masks on public transportation, in healthcare facilities, and on medical transportation.
