Proof of pre-departure COVID-19 test is not required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers don’t need a COVID-19 test before traveling to Philippines.
Mandatory proof of COVID-19 vaccination for Philippines
Vaccinated travelers must have received the second dose in a 2- dose or a single dose of COVID-19 vaccine more than 14 days before travel from the country of origin/port of embarkation. Accepted vaccine certificates include:
- WHO International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
- VaxCertPH;
- National or state manual/digital vaccination certificate of the country/foreign government;
- Other proof of vaccination.
Mandatory immigration and health eTravel form
All travelers must complete the immigration and health arrival card (eTravel form) before their departure to Philippines. Travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal. Travelers must present at check-in and on arrival in Philippines.
For Transit
Proof of pre-departure COVID-19 test is not required for transit to third countries
Travelers with flight connections in the Philippines within the same day to third countries don’t need a pre-departure COVID-19 test.
On Arrival
Quarantine is not required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers don’t need to quarantine on arrival in Philippines.

Masks are mandatory in certain settings
Travelers must wear masks on public transportation, in healthcare facilities, and on medical transportation.
