Travel is allowed with restrictions for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers aged 12 years and older are allowed to enter the Philippines with restrictions. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Travelers under the age of 12 years traveling with their fully vaccinated parents are also allowed to enter the Philippines.
Transit is allowed with restrictions
Travelers can transit through the Philippines by air as long as they do not leave the international airport terminal area if there is no stopover indicated in the ticket. If there is, travelers are required to comply with entry requirements in the Philippines.

No proof of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers over the age of 18 who have received the primary series of COVID-19 vaccine and at least 1 COVID-19 booster shot are not required to have a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result before traveling to the Philippines.
Travelers aged 12 to 17 who have received their primary COVID-19 vaccines are not required to have a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result before traveling to the Philippines.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for the Philippines
Vaccinated travelers aged 12 years and older must have received all vaccine doses required at least 2 weeks before travel. Travelers must have a vaccination certificate that can be verified by Philippine authorities as valid or authentic. Accepted vaccine certificates include:
- World Health Organization International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
- Manual or digital vaccination certificate of the origin country or foreign government;
- Other proof of vaccination accepted by the IATF.
Vaccines accepted are those in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration and vaccines in the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization.
Travelers who are Filipino nationals and were vaccinated in the Philippines may present proof with VaxCertPH.

Recommended health insurance
Travelers are highly recommended to have a health insurance policy that covers COVID-19 treatment, for the entire period of their stay in the Philippines.
Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to complete the One Health Pass form a maximum of 48 hours before their departure to the Philippines. Travelers must fill out the health declaration checklist 24 hours before departure time. Travelers will receive a bar code once the COVID-19 test (RT-PCR or antigen) and vaccination certificate record have been accepted.
For Transit
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for transit to third countries
Travelers with flight connections in the Philippines within the same day to third countries are exempt from any pre-departure COVID-19 test requirement.
On Arrival
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in the Philippines but they must self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 7 days, with the day of arrival being the first day.
