Unvaccinated travelers cannot enter Palau.
This entry restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 18.
Exiting Guinea: Travelers exiting from Guinea require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result
Travelers can exit from Guinea. Please check the documentation and testing requirements before exiting from Guinea.
Transit is restricted for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers cannot transit through Palau.
This transit restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 18.
Before You Leave
Proof of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result is required for unvaccinated travelers before exiting Guinea
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers must have a negative RT-PCR test result. Travelers must take a test a maximum of 72 hours before departure from Guinea.
This testing requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 6.
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours Before Departure
Proof of pre-departure COVID-19 test is not required
Travelers don’t need a COVID-19 test before traveling to Palau.
On Arrival
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers with COVID-19 symptoms must take a COVID-19 test on arrival.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers don’t need to quarantine on arrival in Palau. Symptomatic travelers and travelers who tested COVID-19 positive on arrival may need to quarantine at either a government-designated facility or at home at the discretion of the Director of Public Health.

Travelers are recommended to wear masks in public places.
