Unvaccinated travelers cannot enter Palau.
This entry restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 18.
Exiting Côte d’Ivoire: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result is required to exit Ivory Coast
Travelers can exit from Ivory Coast. Please check the documentation and/or testing requirements before exiting from Ivory Coast.
Transit is restricted for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers cannot transit through Palau.
This transit restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 18.
Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is required for unvaccinated travelers before exiting Ivory Coast
Unvaccinated departing travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. Travelers must take the test a maximum of 72 hours before departing from Cote d’Ivoire.
Travelers must pay online 25 000 FCFA for their COVID-19 PCR test 3 or 4 days before departure from Ivory Coast. Travelers must download the proof of a negative COVID-19 test and show these documents before departure.
Travelers should also be aware of the testing requirements for their destination.
This testing requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 12;
- Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours Before Departure
Proof of pre-departure COVID-19 test is not required
Travelers don’t need a COVID-19 test before traveling to Palau.
Mandatory travel declaration form for unvaccinated travelers before exiting Ivory Coast
Unvaccinated travelers departing from Côte d’Ivoire must complete an online Air Travel Declaration Form.
Travelers must pay online 25 000 FCFA for their COVID-19 declaration and PCR test 3 or 4 days before departure from Ivory Coast. Travelers under the age of 12 must pay 2000 FCFA for the declaration.
This requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 3.
On Arrival
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers with COVID-19 symptoms must take a COVID-19 test on arrival.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers don’t need to quarantine on arrival in Palau. Symptomatic travelers and travelers who tested COVID-19 positive on arrival may need to quarantine at either a government-designated facility or at home at the discretion of the Director of Public Health.
