Entry is restricted for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers cannot enter Pakistan.
Travelers seeking exemption from COVID-19 vaccination certificate/pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test may apply to the Pakistani high commission for an exemptions committee.
This entry restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination;
- Travelers who strongly advised against COVID-19 vaccination with valid document proof issued by a Doctor;
- Pakistani travelers under the age of 12;
- Travelers who departed Pakistan before October 1st, 2021, can travel internationally without proof of COVID-19 vaccination;
- Pakistani Deportees;
- Travelers under the age of 18 have a foreign passport.

Transit is restricted for unvaccinated travelers
Most unvaccinated travelers cannot transit through Pakistan.
Travelers seeking exemption from COVID-19 vaccination certificate/pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test may apply to the Pakistani high commission for an exemptions committee.
This transit restriction doesn’t apply to the following travelers:

Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is required for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. Travelers must take the test a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Pakistan.
This testing requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 12;
- Pakistani Deportees. Please see the source for more exemptions and information.
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours
On Arrival
Quarantine may be required
Travelers who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 in flight will move to quarantine by the airline crew members.
While There
Masks are recommended in public
Travelers are recommended to wear masks in public.
Symptomatic travelers and travelers who test positive for COVID-19 after arrival in Pakistan must wear masks for 5 days after their self-quarantine period.
