All travelers must present proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. Travelers must take the test a maximum of 72 hours before departure from Central African Republic.

Fully vaccinated travelers must have a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing a full vaccination course.
This vaccination requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:

- Pakistani Deportees;
- Pakistani travelers under the age of 12;
- Travelers who departed Pakistan before October 1st, 2021, can travel internationally without proof of COVID-19 vaccination;
- Travelers under the age of 18 who have a foreign passport.
