Unvaccinated travelers must have a negative electronic or printed COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours before the first leg of their journey. Rapid antigen or antibody tests are not accepted.

Travelers must upload COVID-19 PCR negative results to the national payment portal.

Description

Travelers are required to register on the travel portal, and they are advised to begin their registration the moment they receive their COVID-19 PCR negative test result.

During registration, travelers must also book and pay for a test to be taken after arrival.

Once registered, an email is submitted to them with their Permit to Travel, which is required to be shown to the airline before boarding.

Travelers are required to provide a copy of the permit to travel certificate, which will be obtained after completing the pre-boarding health declaration.
