Travelers are allowed to transit through Nigeria.
Transit travelers are required to: -Register and complete the online pre-boarding health declaration at the Nigeria International Travel Portal; -Undergo screening by Port Health Officials and will be required to provide full contact details.

No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Nigeria.
Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to register on the travel portal, and they are advised to begin their registration the moment they receive their COVID-19 PCR negative test result.
During registration, travelers must also book and pay for a test to be taken after arrival.
Once registered, an email is submitted to them with their Permit to Travel, which is required to be shown to the airline before boarding.
Travelers are required to provide a copy of the permit to travel certificate, which will be obtained after completing the pre-boarding health declaration.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for Nigeria
Fully vaccinated travelers are required to present a valid vaccination certificate.
Travelers are required to receive 2 completed or mixed doses of either AstraZeneca, Pfizer, or Moderna, Sputnik, Sinopharm, Sinovac, COVAXIN, COVOVAX, Nuvaxovid vaccines, or a single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine or Sputnik Light at least 2 weeks before arrival in Nigeria.
On Arrival
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival.
Health screening on arrival
Health screening is required for all travelers on arrival by Port Health Officials and required to provide full contact details, including their address in Nigeria.

Travelers are required to wear masks in public places.
