Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers from selected countries are required to have negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test results. The test must be taken a maximum of 92 hours before arrival in Nicaragua.
The Government of Nicaragua requires airlines to submit the COVID-19 test results and passport copies of all passengers 36 hours before the flight to Nicaragua. Please contact the airline to find out further details.

Mandatory immigration form before arrival
Travelers are required to complete an immigration form at least 7 days before traveling to Nicaragua.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Nicaraguan citizens.

The Nicaraguan government has not officially imposed any quarantine policies. Travelers are subject to contact tracing by the Health Authorities for 14 days and must not have respiratory symptoms.
