Travelers are required to have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. Travelers must upload their vaccination certificates to the Global Haven platform before boarding their flight to Kenya.

This vaccination requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:

  • Travelers under the age of 18;
  • Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 a maximum of 90 days before departure with a letter from a recognized medical practitioner stating that the traveler has recovered;
  • Travelers with medical conditions precluding vaccination. Such travelers are required to provide a letter from a recognized medical practitioner detailing the medical reason precluding vaccination;
  • Travelers who are returning unvaccinated Kenyan citizens or residents.
