No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Iran.
Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to complete a self-declaration form and present it to the carrier before arrival.

Mandatory proof of vaccination for Iran
Fully vaccinated travelers are required to have a valid vaccination certificate showing that they had received all the required doses and at least 14 days since completing the COVID-19 vaccination schedule.
The vaccination certificate must be written in English and should contain a QR code.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers aged 12 years and under.
On Arrival
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival in Iran if they are showing symptoms.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers may be required to quarantine on arrival if they test COVID-19 positive on arrival test.
