Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test result. Travelers must take the test a maximum of 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The results must be in English or approved by an Iranian consulate.
This testing requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Travelers under the age of 12;
- Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours Before Departure
- A RT PCR Test Up To 72 hours Before Departure
Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to complete a self-declaration form and present it to the carrier before arrival.

On Arrival
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival in Iran if they are showing symptoms.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers may be required to quarantine on arrival if they test COVID-19 positive on arrival test.
