Travelers are allowed to enter Guinea Bissau. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Exiting Rwanda: Rwandan nationals departing from Rwandan airports require proof of vaccination
Rwandan nationals departing from Rwandan airports are required to be fully vaccinated in order to board. This requirement does not apply to foreign nationals and unvaccinated Rwandan nationals under the age of 12.
Fully vaccinated Rwandans must have received a full course of COVID-19 vaccination with at least 2 doses and a booster shot when eligible (3 months after the second dose).

Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results before arrival
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken at an accredited institution a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Guinea Bissau.

Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results before exiting Rwanda
Departing travelers must have a negative COVID-19 rapid or PCR test result (depending on the requirements of their destination) from a test taken at the Biomedical center. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure.
Travelers are encouraged to book and pay for their tests at least 2 days before departure through the online platform.
Travelers must also review the testing requirements for their destination.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 5.
- A Rapid Test Up To 72 hours
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours

Travelers are required to complete a travel screening form before arriving in Guinea Bissau.
On Arrival
Quarantine may be required
Travelers who display any symptoms for COVID-19 on arrival will be tested for COVID-19 and they have to remain in isolation at their place of residence until results are delivered.
If someone on their flight is thought to have COVID-19, they may be required to isolate at one location for 14 days and be monitored by the health authorities.
