No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to present a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Guatemala.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for Guatemala
Vaccinated travelers must have proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Travelers must have received all doses required of the vaccine at least 14 days before arrival.
Travelers who recovered from COVID-19 may present a medical certificate from a healthcare facility issued in the past 3 months, showing evidence of the date of diagnosis and confirmation of recovery.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 12.

Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Guatemala.
