Travelers are allowed to enter Guatemala. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers aged 10 years and older must have a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 3 days before arrival in Guatemala. The test can be taken from nasopharyngeal and/or oropharyngeal swabs (the saliva sample can only be used for the COVID-19 PCR test). The test results must be analyzed at a laboratory.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Fully vaccinated travelers;
- Travelers under the age of 10;
- Travelers with a document proof of recovery from COVID-19 that occurred a maximum of 3 months before travel.

- A Antigen Test Up To 3 days Before Arrival
On Arrival
No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Guatemala.
