Unvaccinated travelers from selected countries are required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result taken a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Estonia to avoid the on arrival quarantine requirement.

  • Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 and no more than 6 months have passed since they have been declared cured;
  • Travelers with a negative COVID-19 test result taken after arrival in Estonia;
  • Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination and no more than 9 months have passed since its completion;
  • Travelers staying in Estonia for up to 24 hours on the condition they have a valid proof of negative COVID-19 test;
