Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers from selected countries are required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result taken a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Estonia.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 and no more than 6 months have passed since they have been declared cured;
- Travelers under the age of 12 years.
- A Pcr Test Up To 72 hours Before Arrival
- A Rapid Test Up To 24 hours Before Arrival
- A Antigen Test Up To 24 hours Before Arrival
Recommended health declaration form
Travelers arriving in Estonia are required to complete a health declaration form a maximum of 3 days before their arrival in Estonia or on the day of arrival. Travelers should keep the confirmation e-mail after completing it electronically or print it out before traveling.
On Arrival
Quarantine may be required for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers may be required to quarantine upon arrival in Estonia.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 and no more than 6 months have passed since they have been declared cured;
- Travelers with a negative COVID-19 test result taken after arrival in Estonia;
- Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination and no more than 9 months have passed since its completion;
- Travelers staying in Estonia for up to 24 hours on the condition they have a valid proof of negative COVID-19 test;
