Departing unvaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure from Uganda. Travelers should be aware of the appropriate testing requirements for their destination as well.

Only test certificates that state travel as the intended purpose will be valid for departure from Uganda.
