Fully vaccinated travelers are allowed to enter Equatorial Guinea. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Equatorial Guinea.

Mandatory proof of vaccination for Equatorial Guinea
Travelers are required to have a vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated before departure to Equatorial Guinea.
This requirement does not apply to the following travelers:

On Arrival
Mandatory 3-day quarantine and testing
Travelers are required to quarantine at a hotel for 3 days on arrival. Travelers are required to take a test on day 3 at their own expense and can end quarantine with a negative test result. Travelers who test positive will be transferred to a health center allocated by the government and will be required to quarantine.
Health screening on arrival
All travelers are required to undergo a health screening on arrival at the airport.

Travelers must wear masks in public places such as public buildings, on public transportation, and in private vehicles, if accompanied by other people.
