Travel Restrictions Entering Dominican Republic from Singapore for Unvaccinated Travelers

Travelers are not required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to the Dominican Republic.

Travelers are required to fill out an electronic entry form before arrival, which combines the Traveler’s Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration, and International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms. Once completed, it will provide a QR code that will be scanned by the authorities on arrival.

The form must be completed individually by each traveler and travelers must complete the form a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in the Dominican Republic.

When traveling as a family, it is not necessary for each traveler in the same family to fill out an individual form. Only 1 form is needed for up to 7 travelers in the same family, after that, an additional form is required.

Travelers are not required to present a vaccination certificate to enter the Dominican Republic.

Unvaccinated travelers may be required to take a randomly COVID-19 test on arrival.

Travelers with a high temperature or with symptoms will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test. If they test positive, they will be required to quarantine at a designated facility.

Temperature screening may be required for all travelers on arrival or departure by Dominican authorities.
