Travelers are required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure and a maximum of 120 hours before arrival in Djibouti.

Mandatory proof of vaccination for Djibouti
Fully vaccinated travelers must have a valid vaccination certificate showing a complete course of COVID-19 vaccination to be exempt from the quarantine requirement.
This requirement does not apply to:

Mandatory travel authorization form before exiting Sierra Leone
All travelers must complete a travel authorization form before departure from Sierra Leone.
On Arrival
Quarantine may be required for vaccinated travelers
Vaccinated travelers who tested COVID-19 positive on the arrival test are required to quarantine on arrival in Djibouti.
Mandatory COVID-19 test on arrival
Travelers will be subject to a mandatory COVID-19 test on arrival at their own expense. If the test is positive, the traveler will be contacted at their accommodation and be taken to a government-designated facility to quarantine.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 11.
Health screening on arrival
All travelers must undergo health screening on arrival in Djibouti.
