Travelers don’t need a COVID-19 test before traveling to Cuba.
Mandatory health insurance
Travelers must have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage. Travelers without health insurance can buy Cuban medical insurance coverage at the airport upon arrival or online before travel.
This may be included with some airline tickets, so travelers should check with their airlines.
Mandatory customs and health declaration form (D’Viajeros)
All travelers must complete an online customs and health declaration form a maximum of 48 hours before departure to Cuba.
Travelers will receive a QR code by email after completing the form. Travelers must show an electronic or printed version of the QR code to the authorities upon arrival.

Travelers may need to take a random COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Cuba.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers who test positive for the COVID-19 test on arrival must quarantine at a designated government health center at their own expense.
