No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers don’t need proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Colombia.
Mandatory pre-registration form before arrival
All travelers are required to fill out a pre-registration form before departure to Colombia. It must be completed at least 1 hour, and a maximum of 72 hours before departure. Travelers will be required to show confirmation of registration before boarding.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 18.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for Colombia
Vaccinated travelers must have proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
Fully vaccinated travelers must have proof of vaccination or may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
Travelers are considered fully vaccinated if showing a digital or physical vaccination certificate or card with a complete vaccination schedule and at least 14 days have passed since the last dose.
Accepted vaccines are those authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) or those officially approved by a country or territory recognized by the United Nations. For more details on accepted vaccines, please check the link.
Travelers vaccinated in Colombia can present proof of vaccination via the “Mi Vacuna” website or the digital MinSalud application.
This vaccination requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:
- Colombian nationals and permanent residents;
- Travelers under the age of 18;
- Diplomats and their families.

No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Colombia.

Masks are mandatory in public in certain municipalities
Travelers are required to wear masks in most indoor public places and on public transportation in certain municipalities. Please check the source for more details.
Unvaccinated travelers or vaccinated travelers with respiratory conditions or comorbidities are recommended to use masks even in outdoor spaces.
