Unvaccinated travelers must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or antigen test result. Travelers must take the test a maximum of 1 day before the first scheduled departure flight to Brazil.

Travelers must take the test in a recognized laboratory by the country’s health authority.

The test results must be in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

More Details

This testing requirement doesn’t apply to the following travelers:

  • Travelers under the age of 12;
  • Travelers with valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination;
  • Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 in the previous 90 days and who test positive persistently must present 2 positive COVID-19 RT-PCR tests. The first and second tests must be taken a maximum of 14 days and 1 day before departure, respectively. Travelers must need a medical certificate that contains the signature of a doctor declaring the individual is asymptomatic and also the date of travel;
  • Refugees are fleeing the armed invasion of Ukraine.
