Border Status
Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to enter Belarus by air and land borders. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed
Travelers are allowed to transit through Belarus by air as long as they do not leave the international airport area.
The maximum transit time is 24 hours.

No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers do not need a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Belarus.
Mandatory proof of vaccination for Belarus
Fully vaccinated travelers must have proof they have been fully vaccinated. The proof must show that they have been vaccinated a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 12 months before their arrival.
The certificate must be submitted on paper and be in Belarusian, Russian, or English. Certificates in other languages will not be accepted, even if they are translated and notarized.
The vaccination document must include the full name of the traveler.
Mandatory health insurance
Travelers are required to have valid medical insurance with a minimum medical coverage of €10,000, before traveling to Belarus. Travelers will be asked to provide proof of insurance when they apply for a visa or when they arrive at Minsk airport under the visa-free regime.
For Transit
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for transit
Travelers transiting in Belarus are exempt from any COVID-19 test requirement as long as they remain in the international departure area or an established transit route. Travelers can transit through Belarus for a maximum of 24 hours.
On Arrival
No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Belarus.
