Travelers are allowed to enter Belarus by air and land borders. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed
Travelers are allowed to transit through Belarus by air as long as they do not leave the international airport area.
The maximum transit time is 24 hours.

Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers
Unvaccinated travelers must have a COVID-19 PCR test result in a hard copy or an electronic form. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before arrival in Belarus. Test results must be in Belarusian, Russian, or English.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Citizens or permanent residents of Belarus;
- Travelers under the age of 6;
- Fully vaccinated travelers with proof of vaccination completed a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 12 months before arrival.

Mandatory health insurance
Travelers are required to have valid medical insurance with a minimum medical coverage of €10,000, before traveling to Belarus. Travelers will be asked to provide proof of insurance when they apply for a visa or when they arrive at Minsk airport under the visa-free regime.
For Transit
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for transit
Travelers transiting in Belarus are exempt from any COVID-19 test requirement as long as they remain in the international departure area or an established transit route. Travelers can transit through Belarus for a maximum of 24 hours.
On Arrival
No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Belarus.
