Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated travelers before exiting Guinea-Bissau
Unvaccinated departing travelers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure from Guinea Bissau at their own cost.
Tests are available at Liceu Agostinho Neto, near the Ministry of Education, and Sede da Uniao Deportive Internacional (known as UDIB).
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers a COVID-19 recovery certificate, issued by an accredited laboratory. The certificate must be obtained a maximum of 72 hours before departure from Guinea Bissau.
- A RT PCR Test Up To 72 hours Before Departure

Travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result before traveling to Azerbaijan.
Mandatory proof of vaccination or proof of recovery
Travelers are required to have a vaccination certificate showing they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or a recovery document showing that travelers have immunity to COVID-19 (COVID passport).
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 18.

Travelers are not required to wear masks in indoor public places and on public transportation.
Health pass may be required for public activity
Travelers may be required to show their COVID passport (proof of vaccination or proof of recovery) to enter certain venues.
