Travelers who are fully vaccinated must have a vaccination certificate proving they have received all doses required before traveling to Slovenia.

Travelers are considered fully vaccinated if they received the second dose of one of the following:

  • Comirnaty vaccine produced by Biotech/Pfizer;
  • Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine produced by Moderna;
  • Sputnik V vaccine produced by Russia’s Gamaleya National Centre of Epidemiology and Microbiology;
  • CoronaVac vaccine produced by Sinovac Biotech;
  • COVID-19 vaccine produced by Sinopharm;
  • Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine produced by AstraZeneca;
  • Covishield produced by the Serum Institute of India;
  • A combination of 2 previously listed vaccines.

Janssen COVID-19 vaccine produced by Johnson and Johnson is also accepted. Proof of vaccination is obtained as of the day of vaccination.

Travelers are considered to have fulfilled the recovered/vaccinated/tested rule if they provide proof that at least 21 days have elapsed since receiving the first dose of the Vaxzevria COVID-19 vaccine produced by AstraZeneca or the Covishield vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India/AstraZeneca.

Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.

Across the country, all social gatherings are temporarily prohibited apart from groups who are immediate family or members of the same household.
