Description

Travelers must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or antigen test result. The RT-PCR test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before the last direct flight to Brazil. An antigen test must be taken a maximum of 24 hours before the last direct flight to Brazil. The test results must be in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers under the age of 2;
  • Travelers aged 2 years and older and under the age of 12, who are accompanied by an adult who has proof of a negative test;
  • Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 90 days must have 2 negative RT-PCR test results taken at least 14 days apart; the last test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure. Additionally, they must present an antigen test taken after their last positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test and a medical certificate showing they are asymptomatic and have been cleared to travel.
