Fully vaccinated travelers arriving from selected countries are allowed to enter Fiji. They must have spent the last 14 days before travel only on those countries. Please check the documentation, quarantine and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Transit is allowed with restrictions for vaccinated travelers

Description

Fully vaccinated travelers are allowed to transit through Fiji. Transit travelers must have:

  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination accepted by the Fijian government;
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test results to enter their final destination.

Travelers transiting in Fiji for more than 10 hours must quarantine in Fiji until their next flight departure.

Description

Travelers arriving from selected countries must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 2 calendar days before the scheduled day of departure to Fiji (or before the first flight in a series of connections booked on the same itinerary).

COVID-19 RT-PCR tests are to be performed by nasopharyngeal, nasal, or mid-turbinate specimen collection methods.

This applies to all travelers, including those transiting through Fiji.

Description

Fully vaccinated travelers going to Fiji must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination demonstrating the full course of vaccination with AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson and Johnson. Required doses must have been received at least 14 days before travel.

Travelers under 18 years of age are exempted as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is vaccinated. Vaccinated minors below the age of 18 may travel unaccompanied, observing all international travel protocols.

Travelers unable to provide valid proof of vaccination may be required to follow the rules for unvaccinated travelers.
