Description

Travelers arriving in the Czech Republic with a vaccination certificate issued in selected countries are required to have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure.

Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.

This includes passengers in transit.

More Details

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers who are able to provide proof of vaccination via the EU COVID digital certificate,
  • Travelers who have a vaccination certificate from a country approved by the Czech Republic. The list of countries the Czech Republic has approved vaccination certificates for changes at short notice, please see the link for a list of countries with approved vaccination certificates.

Description

Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result before departing from Zambia.

Travelers must create a PanaBios account and generate a Trusted Travel Code. Travelers with results from non-trusted travel compliant laboratories will be required to upload test results to the Global Haven System for authentication.

Description

Travelers who have been only in selected countries in the previous 14 days are not required to quarantine on arrival in the Czech Republic. Travelers are required to wear masks (FFP2, KN 95) whenever leaving their place of accommodation until presenting a negative result of a COVID-19 RT-PCR test after arrival.

Travelers are required to present proof of vaccination or proof of recovery certificate before checking in to hotels, restaurants, and other public places.

Valid vaccination certificates are EU COVID Digital certificates, third-country certificates that are recognized as equivalent to the EU COVID digital certificate, and recognized certificates from other countries.

Starting January 1st, 2022, the validity of vaccination certificates will be reduced to 9 months. After vaccination with a booster shot, the validity of the certificate is not limited at this time.

A valid certificate of recovery must be presented via EU COVID Digital Certificate, no longer than 180 days after the positive COVID-19 RT-PRC test.

More Details

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers aged between 12-18 years;
  • Travelers with indicated contraindications to all COVID-19 vaccines that have been properly marked in their health records (Czech Information system on communicable diseases);
  • Travelers that have received at least 1 dose are still not holders of a valid vaccination certificate (14 days after the second dose).
