No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to American Samoa.
Mandatory travel declaration form
All travelers entering American Samoa must register with the Department of Health at least 21 days before departure to American Samoa.
Mandatory health forms
All travelers entering American Samoa must provide a travel declaration form and a health clearance by a licensed physician.
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Fully vaccinated travelers are required to present a valid vaccination certificate showing that 14 or more days have passed since the final administration of the vaccine.
Quarantine may be required
Travelers may be required to quarantine on arrival if requested by the Department of Health.
