Fully vaccinated travelers arriving from selected countries must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Suriname. Alternatively, antigen tests taken a maximum of 24 hours before departure are also be accepted.

Travelers who are fully vaccinated must show a valid vaccination certificate showing they completed the full course of the vaccination at least 2 weeks before arrival in Suriname.

A person is also considered fully vaccinated if between 14 days and 3 months prior to travel he/she was tested positive for the SARS-COV-2 virus and provided they are at least 3 three days symptoms free and they have an official statement from a registered infectiologist or internist in which their positive RT-PCR test (including the indications of the CT-value) and being free of complaints for 3 days is stated.
