Travelers must provide a certificate showing that at least 14 days have passed since they received their final dose of an EMA-approved vaccine (AstraZeneca, BioNTech/Pfizer, Johnson&Johnson and Moderna) issued by a country in the European Union, Schengen Area, or a third country whose vaccination certificate is considered equivalent. Additional vaccines accepted are Covishield (Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd (SII)), R-Covi (R-Pharm), and Covid-19 vaccine (recombinant) (FIOCRUZ). Travelers with proof of recovery of fewer than 6 months are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the first dose of vaccine.

Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.

Travelers who hold either a vaccination certificate issued in the past 180 days, proof of the booster vaccination, or a recovery certificate for a period of 180 days are exempt from the testing requirement.
