Description

Fully vaccinated travelers from selected countries are allowed to enter Thailand. Travelers must have stayed in these countries for 21 days or more before traveling. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

  • Unvaccinated travelers under the age of 18 who are traveling with their fully vaccinated parents or guardians. The minors must have a valid negative test result;
  • Thai citizens and residents.

Mandatory Thailand Pass registration form

Description

All travelers must register for the Thailand Pass online at least 7 days before departure. Once approved, travelers must be ready to present the accompanying QR code on their mobile device or as a printed copy.

Effective November 1st, 2021, Thailand has replaced the Certificate of Entry (COE) with the Thailand Pass. Travelers with an approved Certificate of Entry before November 1st, 2021, can use their COE to enter Thailand. Travelers with a pre-approved COE will need to submit the rest of the required documents by November 7th, 2021. Travelers without a pre-approved COE by November 1st, 2021, will need to apply for a Thailand Pass.

For the 'Exemption from Quarantine' scheme, all travelers age 12 and over must submit an individual registration. Travelers under the age of 12 can be added to the registration of their parents.

For the 'Sandbox Program' scheme, all travelers age 18 and over must submit an individual registration. Travelers under the age of 18 can be added to the registration of their parents.

Mandatory proof of vaccination

Description

Travelers must present proof of having received all doses required of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) or the World Health Organization (WHO). The full course of vaccination must have been completed no less than 14 days before travel.

Travelers that have received a combination of two different vaccines may still be considered fully vaccinated. Please check the link for more information on accepted vaccine combinations.

More Details

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers with a medical certificate of recovery from COVID-19 who have received 1 dose of an approved vaccine within 3 months of recovery and no less than 14 days before travel;
  • Travelers under the age of 12 traveling with vaccinated parents under the “Exemption from Quarantine” scheme;
  • Travelers under the age of 18 traveling with parents under the “Sandbox Program” scheme.
