Local Guidelines

General

The federal government has delegated responsibility for the gradual relaxation of restrictions to the regional authorities. Proof of a recent negative PCR test, recovery, or vaccination with QR codes may be required to enter some establishments. Foreigners who have proof of full vaccination using a Russian vaccine may not be required to present a QR code. More restrictive guidance is in effect for high-risk regions. We recommend keeping up-to-date with official guidelines throughout your trip.
