The following information is applicable to people who are fully vaccinated and traveling from Sint Maarten to Malta.View restrictions for unvaccinated travelers

Entry restricted for international travelers
Travelers who have been in selected countries in the past 14 days before travel are not allowed to enter Malta. Travel may be allowed for essential reasons after applying for an exceptional travel authorization permit online.
Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results
Travelers arriving from selected countries must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Malta.
Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 4
- A Rt Pcr Test Up To 72 hours Before Arrival
Mandatory passenger locator form
All travelers must complete a Travel Declaration and Passenger Locator Form (PLF) online before traveling to Malta.
Mandatory travel authorization form
Travelers from selected countries must apply online and have an approved exceptional travel authorization before traveling to Malta.
Exceptional approval for essential travel may be granted for returning Maltese citizens or residents for long stay/repatriation (not for vacation), and to other travelers with essential reasons considered exceptional by Public Health. Please see the source for more details.
Mandatory 14-day quarantine
Travelers arriving from selected countries must quarantine for 14 days on arrival in Malta at their own cost. Travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 test during quarantine.
Vaccinated permanent residents of Malta with proper ID or Resident card may apply to quarantine in their own residence if they meet vaccine and housing requirements. Please see the source for more details.
