Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed
Travelers are allowed to transit through Bosnia and Herzegovina when returning to their country of residence.
Before You Leave
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers who received their last vaccine dose at least 14 days before travel do not need to show proof of negative test results for entry.
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Vaccinated travelers must have proof of vaccination showing that they are fully vaccinated and they received their last dose at least 14 days before travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 7;
- Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and their minor children and spouses;
- Permanent or temporary residents returning in a maximum of 48 hours after traveling to Montenegro, Croatia, or Serbia;
- Citizens of Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro and their spouses and children who travel directly from these countries;
- Travelers in transit to their country of residence.
No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
