Description

Travelers who are fully vaccinated are allowed to enter Uruguay. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

More Details

Entry restrictions do not apply to:

  • Uruguayan citizens;
  • Travelers with resident status;
  • Travelers who recovered from COVID-19 in no more than 90 days before their travel. They must have proof of a positive antigen or RT-PCR test result from a test taken at least 20 days before arrival;
  • Travelers who can enter Uruguay as long as they have the proper documentation are travelers with business, economic, judicial, humanitarian, diplomatic, work, or family reasons.
