Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to enter Venezuela. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Before You Leave
Proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Venezuela.

Mandatory proof of vaccination before exiting Palestine
Fully vaccinated travelers who stayed in Israel for more than 72 hours are required to present an Israeli COVID-19 vaccination certificate before departure from Palestine.
Mandatory COVID-19 testing on arrival
Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival at their own expense. Travelers who test positive will receive guidance from local health authorities in respect to quarantine and sanitary assistance.
No quarantine required
Travelers arriving with a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test result are not required to quarantine on arrival in Venezuela.
