Entry into US Virgin Islands From Monaco is Restricted

Description

Most international travelers that have been in or transited through selected countries in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit through the United States Virgin Islands.

More Details

Entry restrictions do not apply to:

  • American citizens;
  • Legal permanent residents;
  • Certain family members of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents including; spouses, children (under the age of 21), parents (provided that his/her U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident child is unmarried and under the age of 21), and siblings (provided that both the sibling and the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident are unmarried and under the age of 21);
  • Students with F and/or M visas.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results

Description

Travelers must have an original printed or electronic negative COVID-19 viral test result (NAAT: RT-PCR, RT-LAMP, TMA, NEAR, HDA, or Antigen: Rapid). The test must be taken a maximum of 3 days before their flight.

This requirement applies to all travelers, including US citizens, residents, and transit travelers.

Travelers are required to use the USVI Travel Screening Portal and submit the result before arrival. Upon arrival, travelers must produce the original required test result and travel certification from the portal.

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers under the age of 2;
  • Travelers who have recovered from COVID-19. These travelers must show proof of a positive viral test from the preceding 90 days and a letter from their healthcare provider or public health official stating they are cleared to travel. Please see the source for more details.
