Fully vaccinated travelers are required to have a vaccination certificate issued in the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, or the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, or Canada.

Travelers arriving from countries that are not the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, and the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada must have a vaccination certificate in English or in the language of the exit State. These documents may be presented in paper or electronic form.

General

Although restrictions are gradually lifting, a nationwide 'State of Emergency' remains in place and a curfew has been re-introduced between the hours of 8 pm and 5 am. Movement during curfew hours is limited to essential reasons only, a self-certification to leave the place of residence. Public gatherings are not permitted and private gatherings are only allowed for members of the same household.
