The following information is applicable to people who are fully vaccinated and traveling from France to Netherlands.View restrictions for unvaccinated travelers

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers from selected countries are allowed to enter the Netherlands. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Transit is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to transit through the Netherlands.
Travelers going to an EU or Schengen country must show permission to enter that country and stay in the transit zone of the airport.
Travelers going to a non-EU and non-Schengen country must have a confirmed outward flight ticket, they must stay in the transit zone of the airport and transit in a maximum of 48 hours on their way to a non-EU country.
Before You Leave
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for vaccinated travelers
Vaccinated travelers arriving from selected countries are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to the Netherlands.
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Fully vaccinated travelers must bring proof of vaccination or may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
Proof of vaccination is valid only if it has passed 28 days after the vaccination schedule of a single dose and this single dose has been administered (Janssen), or the vaccination schedule of 2 doses and both doses have been administered 14 days before arrival, or 1 dose has been administered and it has been confirmed that the person vaccinated had previously been infected with the virus SARS-CoV-2.
The vaccine must be approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or is on the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO). Non-EU residents can present valid paper vaccination certificates.
Travelers have the option to present proof via EU Digital Certificate. Travelers without the Digital Certificate must show a valid paper vaccination certificate.

Mandatory health declaration form before arrival in the Netherlands
All travelers aged 12 years and older are required to fill out a health declaration before departure to the Netherlands.
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results required for transit
Travelers changing planes in the Netherlands are not required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test results as long they depart a maximum of 1 day without leaving the airport.
No quarantine required
Travelers who have been only in selected countries for the past 10 days before travel are not required to quarantine on arrival in the Netherlands.
While You're There
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks on public transport, at airports, on planes, in most public indoor spaces such as shops and libraries and in some private establishments.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers aged 12 years and younger.
COVID-19 access pass may be required for some public activities
Travelers are required to present a COVID-19 access pass to enter restaurants, bars, concerts, cinemas, etc. Travelers may download the CoronaCheck app and use it as a COVID-19 access pass after uploading documents on it such as a negative COVID-19 test result, proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery.
Travelers may use EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) for this purpose. For instance, a DCC is proof of vaccination or proof of recovery of COVID-19. Travelers who don't have an EU DCC will need a negative COVID-19 test result from the test taken no more than 24 hours before the start of the event.
