Entry restrictions do not apply to:

  • Czechian citizens and residents, including their family members;
  • Citizens of EU+ and foreign nationals with long-term or permanent residence permit issued by EU+;
  • Travelers with essential reasons essential purposes, such as work, essential health or family trips or to attend a funeral.

Description

Travelers from selected countries must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours prior to departure to the Czech Republic. Travelers may present proof via EU Digital Certificate.

Description

Travelers who are fully vaccinated and citizens from EU+ or Czechia must present a vaccination certificate approved by EMA against COVID-19. Travelers must respect the period of activation of the immune system post-vaccination.

Travelers have the option to present proof via the EU Digital Certificate.

Third-country nationals are only considered fully vaccinated if they received their vaccine in EU+ countries, and 22 days after receiving their first dose or 14 days in case of one-dose vaccination.

General

Nationwide, all social gatherings are limited to 10 people indoors without restrictions. With proof testing, vaccination, or recovery, gatherings can take place up to a maximum of 75 people indoors and 150 people outdoors. In addition to safety guidelines, preventative health measures such as frequent hand washing and social distancing are encouraged to combat further outbreaks.
