Travelers must quarantine for 10 days on arrival. Most travelers must quarantine at a hotel listed in the Nepal Tourism Board. All travelers must take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test on day 7 and on day 11 of quarantine.

Travelers who can quarantine at home must quarantine for 10 days as long as they have proper documentation are:

  • Travelers with emergency purposes;
  • Children under 5 years of age and their guardians;
  • Travelers above 75 years of age;
  • Differently-abled travelers;
  • Travelers with a vaccination certificate.
