All travelers are required to complete a Public Health Passenger Locator Form. This form should be completed online 48 hours before arrival in Belgium.

Based on the traveler's answers, the form will calculate whether they are at high risk of COVID-19. Only if they receive a text message they will have to quarantine. The text message contains a code with which they can get tested.

If travelers do not have a mobile phone number, they must fill in the following document and keep a printed copy with them.

More Details

Travelers staying in Belgium for less than 48 hours or returning by another means of transport after a stay abroad of less than 48 hours are not required to fill out the form.
