The following information is applicable to people who are fully vaccinated and traveling from Cyprus to Spain.View restrictions for unvaccinated travelers

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers arriving from selected countries who are residents of these countries are allowed to enter Spain, provided that they come directly from them, have transited exclusively through other countries included in the list, or have carried out only international transits in airports located in countries that do not appear in the list.
Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
When traveling to the Balearic Islands, additional requirements apply to groups of 20+ people, including appointing a group leader and adhering to updated COVID-19 travel restrictions. Check additional documentation for exemptions and details.
Transit is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to transit through Spain. They must transit a maximum of 24 hours and stay in the international zone in the airport. Travelers must have their onward flight ticket and they must have their Transit QR code provided when they fill the health control form.
Before You Leave
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test required for vaccinated travelers
Vaccinated travelers are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Spain.
Mandatory health control form
All travelers, including those in transit, must fill a travel form a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Spain and present their QR code at check-in. Different forms are available for travelers arriving by air and sea.
Guardians of travelers can fill the form for them.
Mandatory travel declaration form for Galicia
Travelers who have been in selected countries and in high-risk areas within Spain in the past 14 days before their arrival in Galicia must complete a travel form a maximum of 24 hours before arrival in Galicia.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers must present a certificate showing they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Travelers must have received their last dose at least 14 days before arrival in Spain and no more than 270 days before their arrival. Vaccines accepted are those approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and by the WHO.
Effective February 1st, 2022, travelers that have a vaccine certificate showing that their last dose was administered more than 270 days ago must also show a certificate proving a booster vaccination has been administered.
Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof. The United Kingdom’s COVID-19 vaccination record is also accepted. For more details, please see the source.
This requirement does not apply to:
- Travelers under the age of 12.
No proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results for transit
Travelers are not required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result to make a transit connection in Spain.
No quarantine required
Travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Spain.

Travelers are recommended to download the RadarCOVID app when entering Spain.
Health screening on arrival
All travelers must pass through health checks including temperature checks.
